Delete your account

This public page lets a Rewards Store member permanently delete an account using the same email and password used to sign in.

What deletion does

  • Removes sign-in credentials, active sessions, profile, contact, shipping, and cart data.
  • De-identifies retained rewards, transaction, and program-integrity records where they must remain.
  • Removes application references to uploaded delivery-note documents and places remaining storage cleanup into the deletion workflow.
  • If a physical reward order is already processing, retains only the minimum fulfillment snapshot until that order leaves processing, then purges it.

This cannot be undone. Unused points and access to the deleted Rewards Store account cannot be restored through this process.

Your password is used only to verify this deletion request.
