How the YEO2026 process works

These steps are provided for reference only. They do not mean the offer is currently available; the status above is authoritative.
Step 2
Save your website confirmation
Use either the confirmation page shown after checkout or the confirmation email. Take as many screenshots as needed to show the order details and every product.
Step 3
Upload the screenshots
Upload all screenshot sections from that one order. For the tote promotion, enter YEO2026 in the optional Rewards promotion-code field. The code does not need to appear in Additional Notes on the website order.
Step 4
Check out the gift
When the offer is active, an eligible verified claim may add a tote bag to the separate Miltenyi Rewards Store cart for checkout.
Where to find your order confirmation
Use the page after checkout or the email that follows.
Both are accepted by the Rewards upload. Take screenshots as you scroll and upload every section from the same order together.
Confirmation page
Immediately after checkout
Before leaving the confirmation page, screenshot the Order number and Order date, then scroll through and capture every product card.
Confirmation email
Sent after the website order
Open the email confirmation and screenshot the order details and the complete merchandise table. Several screenshots are fine.
Your screenshots should collectively include:
Order number
Order date
Catalog number / SKU for every product
Quantity for every product
List price for every product
Purchase summary if it is visible
Not required for OCR: Additional Notes, a promotion code, shipping, taxes, addresses, or payment information. YEO2026 is entered separately in the optional Rewards promotion-code field when you upload.
